We guarantee that your butterflies will arrive alive and healthy and ready to fly.

When your order is shipped, we will call or email you to provide the shipping company, tracking number, and the anticipated delivery time.

You must be present to receive the package the day it is delivered. We will not be responsible for mishandling of the package after receipt or liable for packages that are left outside because the recipient was not available for delivery.

We ship one extra butterfly per dozen.

Live butterflies that are properly packaged arrive with a near 100% success rate. If for some reason you feel there is a problem with your shipment, you need to CALL IMMEDIATELY (941)807-2416.

Shipping companies can make mistakes, and we must be notified early in the day (like the minute a package is late) to assist in tracking the package for delivery.
